Cylindrical countersink with pilot 20x13 for metal
High-quality 20x13 HSS cylindrical countersink. Designed for machining holes at right angles. It is a countersink guided in the transition opening accurate for M12, 20x13 thread. It is suitable for enlarging holes, countersinking and also for other shaping of their dimensions. We offer cylindrical-face countersinks according to DIN 373, type NWCa, with a cylindrical shank equipped with a pilot. It is used for precise centering of the tool in the hole, minimizing the risk of the blade going sideways, as well as for more accurate machining. The 20x13 cylindrical countersinks are made of HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a steel with an improved composition, providing tools with greater hardness, durability and strength to withstand harsh cutting conditions. The countersinks are resistant to mechanical damage (breakage, chipping), as well as resistant to high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C). It allows to increase machining speed and reduce machining time. The tools are suitable for machining holes made in parts made of unalloyed steel, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys, plastics and other hard materials
