The 23.75-27 NRZe adjustable reamer for finishing cylindrical holes in steel, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys provides precise diameter control and stable geometry when reaming H7 holes.
The 23.75-27 mm adjustment range is realized by segmented HSS cutting strips; micrometric radial adjustment with screw locking allows setting the dimension with allowance for cutting clearance. A 45-degree insertion chamfer stabilizes entry and reduces burrs; 6-8-degree back relief promotes light cutting. NRZe body of tempered alloy steel provides rigidity; recommended finishing pass allowance is 0.20-0.35 mm. Multi-tool geometry evenly distributes forces, making it easier to maintain cylindricity and roughness at production levels.
