Adjustable reamer 12-13.5 mm NRZe designed for precise countersinking of diameters 12-13.5 mm provides stable finishing after drilling with control of hole geometry and concentricity.
Blade adjustment is radial with micrometer step and screw lock; 45-degree entry chamfer facilitates overrun and reduces burr formation. Execution as an HSS reamer from high-speed steel ensures abrasion resistance and retains sharpness at elevated temperatures. The accuracy and roughness achieved allow H7/H8 fits according to ISO 286 in structural steels, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys; an allowance of 0.10-0.30 mm should be selected according to the material and quality of the pre-hole, and the diameter measurement should be carried out after temperature stabilization with a two- or three-point diameter gauge.
