NRZe 7-8 mm adjustable reamer for finishing small cylindrical holes provides diameter and geometry control in steel, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys, effective for reaming H7 holes.

Radial adjustment with micrometric step and screw locking allows dimension setting with allowance for cutting clearance. Segmented slats and body made entirely of HSS; 45-degree entry chamfer facilitates entry and reduces burr. Back relief of 6-8 degrees; recommended finishing pass allowance of 0.10-0.25 mm. Fine-pitch expansion screws and symmetrical segment spreading provide repeatable setting and stability at small diameters, while the geometry of the adjustable reamer dampens vibration and facilitates wear compensation.

  • Micron accuracy - adjusting to hundredths of a millimeter makes it easy to hit IT7-IT8 without additional passes.
  • Stable cylindricity - symmetrical segment spread and run-out control ≤ 0.02 mm improve shape and repeatability.
  • Diameter range - the 7-8 reamer reduces changeovers by covering two nominal values in one setting.
  • Surface quality - a 45-degree chamfer and uniform strip loading promote Ra 0.8-1.6 µm.

Fits and dimensional tolerances referenced to ISO 286-2 (H7); shape and position requirements in accordance with EN ISO 1101; recommended control of radial runout of slats ≤ 0.02 mm in the working section.

The NRZe configuration provides repeatable doming, uniform edge loading and predictable surface texture over the full 7-8 mm range.
