The 15.5-17.5 mm NRZe adjustable reamer for 15.5-17.5 mm diameters provides stable finishing after drilling, with control of geometry, concentricity and quality during reaming of holes.
Blade adjustment is radial with micrometric step and secure screw locking; a 45-degree entry chamfer facilitates overrun and reduces burr formation. The body and cutting strips made as HSS reamers maintain sharpness at elevated temperatures, which promotes dimensional repeatability. The obtained roughness and accuracy allow to realize H7/H8 fits according to ISO 286 in structural steels, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys. The recommended allowance of 0.10-0.30 mm should be selected according to the material and the quality of the pre-hole; carry out diameter control after stabilizing the temperature with a two- or three-point diameter gauge.
