The 9.7-10.5 mm NRZe adjustable reamer for finishing small cylindrical holes in steel, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys provides precise diameter control and stable geometry when reaming H7 holes.
Radial adjustment with micrometer step and screw locking allows the dimension to be set with allowance for cutting clearance. Segmented cutting strips and body are made entirely of high-grade HSS; a 45-degree insertion chamfer stabilizes entry and reduces burrs, and a 6-8-degree back relief reduces friction. The recommended allowance for finishing passes is 0.10-0.25 mm; symmetrical segment strutting and fine-pitch expansion screws facilitate repeatable setting. Control of the radial runout of the slats on the working section should be within 0.02 mm, which supports the maintenance of cylindricity.
