The 8-8.7 mm NRZe adjustable reamer for finish machining of small cylindrical holes provides diameter control and stable geometry in steel, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys when reaming H7 holes.
Radial adjustment with micrometric step and screw lock allows for dimension setting with allowance for cutting clearance; 45-degree insertion chamfer stabilizes entry and reduces burrs. Segmented slats and body are made entirely of high-grade HSS. A back relief of 6-8 degrees and a recommended allowance of 0.10-0.25 mm promote light cutting and a uniform texture. Symmetrical segment expansion and fine-pitch expansion screws facilitate repeatable setting, and the adjustable reamer design allows for simple wear compensation.

Dimensional conformity referenced to ISO 286-2 (H7), and shape and position requirements are defined by EN ISO 1101; selection of allowance and coolant determines diameter stability in the finishing pass.
