Adjustablereamer 21-24 mm NRZe for finishing cylindrical holes provides diameter and geometry control in steel, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys, designed for reaming H7 holes.
The 21-24 mm adjustment range is realized by segmented cutting strips made entirely of high-grade HSS. Micrometer radial adjustment with screw locking allows the dimension to be set with an allowance for cutting clearance, while a 45-degree insertion chamfer stabilizes the entry and reduces burrs. The NRZe design uses fine-pitch expansion screws for repeatable adjustment; backlash relief of 6-8 degrees and a recommended allowance of 0.20-0.35 mm support achieving a uniform surface texture and maintaining cylindricity in the H7 field.

Dimensional conformity referenced to ISO 286-2 (H7), and shape and position requirements are defined by EN ISO 1101; selection of allowance and coolant determines diameter stability in the finishing pass.
In series and shop applications, the 21-24 mm NRZe adjustable reamer provides repeatable dimension, uniform loading of the laths, and the ability to compensate for wear over the entire adjustment range, resulting in predictable surface quality.
