The 11-12 mm NRZe adjustable reamer designed for final countersinking of 11-12 mm diameters provides stable finishing after drilling, maintaining geometry and concentricity while reaming holes.
Blade adjustment is radial with micrometric step and screw lock; a 45-degree entry chamfer facilitates overrun and reduces edge burr. The body and cutting strips made of HSS guarantee wear resistance and thermal edge stability; the achieved roughness and accuracy make it possible to achieve H7/H8 tolerances according to ISO 286 in structural steels, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys. The recommended allowance of 0.10-0.30 mm should be selected according to the material and quality of the pre-hole, and diameter control should be carried out with a two-point or three-point diameter gauge after cooling.
