The 70-85 NRZe adjustable reamer for finishing cylindrical holes in steel, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys provides rigid diameter control and a stable cutting path in reaming H7 holes.
An adjustment range of 70-85 mm is achieved by segmented cutting bars and a body made entirely of high-grade HSS. Radial adjustment with micrometric step and screw lock allows to set the dimension with allowance for cutting clearance; the 45-degree entry chamfer stabilizes the insertion and reduces edge growth. Back relief of 6-8 degrees and a recommended allowance of 0.25-0.40 mm promote uniform surface texture, and symmetrical segment spreading balances cutting forces and facilitates wear compensation.
- Alignmentaccuracy - adjustment in hundredths of a millimeter allows IT7-IT8 to be achieved without additional passes.

Dimensional conformance referenced to ISO 286-2 (H7), and shape and position requirements are defined by EN ISO 1101; selection of allowance and coolant remains critical for diameter stability when reaming H7 holes.
The 70-85 NRZe adjustable reamer provides repeatable dimension, predictable roughness and effective wear compensation over the full 70-85 mm range.
