Adjustablereamer 74-84 mm NRZe for finishing cylindrical holes in steel, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys provides diameter control and stable cutting path, designed for reaming H7 holes.
The 74-84 mm adjustment range is realized by segmented cutting bars and a body made entirely of high-grade HSS. Radial adjustment with micrometric step and screw lock allows setting the dimension with allowance for cutting clearance; a 45-degree insertion chamfer stabilizes the entry and reduces the burr. Back relief of 6-8 degrees supports light cutting; recommended allowance for finishing pass is 0.25-0.40 mm. Symmetrical segment strut and fine-point expansion screws facilitate repeatable setting and wear compensation in series.
