NRZe 45-54 mm adjustable reamer for finishing cylindrical holes in steel, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys provides diameter and geometry control, designed for reaming H7 holes.
Radial adjustment with micrometric step and screw lock allows for dimension setting with allowance for cutting clearance. The segmented cutting bars and body are made entirely of high-grade HSS. A 45-degree insertion chamfer stabilizes entry and reduces burrs; a 6-8-degree back relief reduces friction; the recommended allowance for finishing passes is 0.20-0.35 mm. NRZe design uses fine-point strut screws and symmetrical segment spreading to improve force balance and cylindricity; easy wear compensation keeps H7 field in long runs.
