Adjustable reamer 16.5-18.25 NRZe designed for precise countersinking of diameters 16.5-18.25 mm provides stable finishing after drilling, with control of geometry and concentricity during reaming of holes.
Blade adjustment is radial with micrometric step and secure screw lock; 45-degree entry chamfer facilitates overrun and reduces edge burr. Body and cutting strips made of HSS maintain sharpness at elevated temperatures; achieved roughness and accuracy enable H7/H8 fits to ISO 286 in structural steels, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys. The recommended allowance of 0.10-0.30 mm should be selected according to the material and quality of the pre-hole; carry out diameter control after cooling with a two- or three-point diameter gauge.
