The 15-16.5 mm NRZe adjustable reamer designed for final countersinking in the 15-16.5 mm range provides stable, controlled cutting after drilling, while maintaining geometry and concentricity during hole reaming.
Blade adjustment is radial with micrometer step and screw lock, making it easy to set the dimension in hundredths of a millimeter with allowance for cutting clearance. A 45-degree entry chamfer stabilizes the overrun and reduces edge burr. Execution as an HSS reamer from high-speed steel ensures high wear resistance and edge stability at elevated temperatures. The achieved roughness and accuracy make it possible to achieve H7/H8 tolerances in accordance with ISO 286 in structural steels, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys; the recommended allowance of 0.10-0.30 mm should be selected according to the material and quality of the pre-hole, and the diameter measurement should be carried out after stabilizing the temperature with a two- or three-point diameter gauge.
