Adjustable reamer 21.5-23.75 mm NRZe for finishing cylindrical holes provides diameter and geometry control in steel, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys, dedicated to reaming H7 holes.
Radial adjustment with micrometric step and screw lock allows you to set the dimension with allowance for cutting clearance; 45-degree entry chamfer stabilizes insertion and reduces burrs. The body and cutting strips are made entirely of high-grade HSS; fine-pitch expansion screws support repeatable setting; back relief of 6-8 degrees and a recommended allowance of 0.20-0.35 mm ensure uniform surface texture and doming appropriate for an adjustable reamer.
- Precise adjustment - Adjustment stroke of hundredths of a millimeter allows doming in IT7-IT8 without additional passes.
