Adjustablereamer 9,5-10,25 mm NRZe for finishing doming of small diameters in steel, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys provides stable cutting path and geometry control in reaming of H7 holes.
The adjustment range of 9.5-10.25 mm is realized by segmented cutting bars and a body made entirely of high-grade HSS. Radial adjustment with micrometric step and screw lock allows to set the dimension with allowance for cutting clearance; 45-degree insertion chamfer stabilizes the entry and reduces burr. A back relief of 6-8 degrees promotes light cutting, and the recommended allowance for finishing passes is 0.10-0.25 mm. The symmetrical segment strut and fine-point expansion screws ensure repeatable setting and simple wear compensation during the series. Dimensional conformity referenced to ISO 286-2 (class H7); shape and position requirements are specified in EN ISO 1101.
