The 10.5-12 mm NRZe adjustable reamer designed for precise diameter countersinking in the 10.5-12 mm range provides stable, controlled finishing after drilling, with geometry and concentricity maintained during hole reaming.
Blade adjustment is radial with micrometric step and screw lock; a 45-degree entry chamfer facilitates insertion and reduces burrs, and the multi-tool geometry stabilizes guidance. The body and cutting strips are made of HSS high-speed steel for wear resistance and thermal stability of the edge; the achieved roughness and accuracy allow to achieve H7/H8 according to ISO 286 in steels, cast irons and non-ferrous alloys.
