The 13.5-15 mm NRZe adjustable reamer for precision countersinking of 13.5-15 mm diameters provides stable finishing after drilling with geometry and concentricity control when reaming holes.
Blade adjustment is radial with micrometric step and screw lock, allowing adjustment in hundredths of a millimeter; 45-degree entry chamfer facilitates overrun and reduces edge burr. Constructed as an HSS reamer from high-speed steel, it provides wear resistance and edge stability at elevated temperatures. The accuracy and roughness achieved make it possible to achieve H7/H8 fits according to ISO 286 in structural steels, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys. The recommended allowance of 0.10-0.30 mm should be selected according to the material and quality of the pre-hole; carry out diameter control with a two- or three-point diameter gauge after cooling.
