Adjustablereamer 27-30 NRZe designed for finishing diameters of 27-30 mm in steel, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys provides rigid guidance and accurate countersink in reaming H7 holes.
Segmented HSS cutting strips work in a radially spread pattern; micrometric adjustment with screw lock allows setting the dimension with allowance for cutting clearance. A 45-degree entry chamfer stabilizes guidance and reduces edge build-up, a 6-8-degree back relief reduces friction, and a recommended allowance of 0.20-0.35 mm promotes a smooth surface. The NRZe's tempered alloy steel body utilizes fine-pitch expansion screws, and the adjustable reamer design allows for smooth wear compensation over the series.
