Adjustablereamer 64-74 mm NRZe designed for finish machining of cylindrical holes provides precise diameter and geometry control in steel, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys, designed for reaming H7 holes.
The 64-74 mm adjustment range is achieved by segmented cutting bars and a body made entirely of high-grade HSS. Radial adjustment with micrometer step and screw locking allows to set the dimension with allowance for cutting clearance. A 45-degree insertion chamfer stabilizes entry and reduces burrs, a 6-8-degree back relief reduces friction, and a recommended allowance of 0.20-0.35 mm promotes a uniform surface texture. Symmetrical segment spreading promotes uniform loading and simple wear compensation in series.

Dimensional conformity referenced to ISO 286-2 (H7/H8), and shape and position requirements are defined by EN ISO 1101; recommended control of radial runout of strips ≤ 0.02 mm on the working section.
The 64-74 mm NRZe adjustable reamer provides repeatable dimension, stable cylindricity and the possibility of multiple recalibration in the full range of adjustment.
