The 8.7-9.5 mm NRZe adjustable reamer for precision small-diameter countersinking in steel, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys provides a stable cutting path and geometry control in finishing holes.
Radial adjustment with micrometric step and screw lock allows dimension setting with allowance for cutting clearance; 45-degree entry chamfer stabilizes insertion and reduces burrs. Segmented slats and body are made entirely of high-grade HSS for edge resistance to elevated temperatures. Back relief of 6-8 degrees promotes light cutting, and the recommended allowance for finishing passes is 0.10-0.25 mm. Symmetrical segment strut and fine-point strut screws guarantee repeatable setting and easy compensation for wear during the series.

Dimensional conformity referenced to ISO 286-2 (H7), and shape and position requirements are defined by EN ISO 1101; strip runout control recommended ≤ 0.02 mm in the working section.
