The 37.75-46 NRZe adjustable reamer for finish machining of cylindrical holes in steel, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys provides rigid diameter and geometry control in demanding processes, m.in. when reaming H7 holes.
The 37.75-46 mm adjustment range is realized by segmented cutting strips made of high-grade HSS. A 45-degree insertion chamfer stabilizes the entry and reduces burrs, a 6-8-degree back relief reduces friction, and the recommended allowance for finishing passes is 0.20-0.35 mm. The NRZe's tempered alloy steel body and fine-pitch expansion screws provide repeatable adjustment and simple wear compensation.

- Stability of the cutting path - multi-cone geometry and symmetrical segment spreading reduce vibration and runout, improving cylindricity.

- Surface and edge - controlled 45-degree insertion supports reaming of H7 holes with predictable roughness.
Dimensional conformity referenced to ISO 286-2 (H7/H8), and shape and position tolerances are defined by EN ISO 1101; selection of allowance and coolant determines diameter stability in the finishing pass.
The 37.75-46 NRZe adjustable reamer provides repeatable dimension, uniform strip loading and predictable cylindricity over the full adjustment range.
