Adjustable reamer 56-70 mm NRZe for finish machining of cylindrical holes provides diameter and geometry control in steel, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys, designed for jobs requiring precise reaming of H7 holes.

Adjustment range of 56-70 mm is realized by segmented cutting bars and body made entirely of high-grade HSS. Radial adjustment with micrometric step and screw lock allows setting the dimension with allowance for cutting clearance; 45-degree insertion chamfer stabilizes the entry and reduces burr; 6-8-degree back relief promotes light cutting. The recommended allowance for finishing passes is 0.20-0.35 mm, and fine-pitch striking screws and symmetrical segment stripping facilitate repeatable adjustment and maintain cylindricity (typical Ra 0.8-1.6 µm).

  • Repeatable dimension - adjustment within hundredths of a millimeter makes it easy to hit IT7-IT8 without additional passes.
  • Stable cutting path - multi-cone geometry reduces vibration and runout, improving cylindricity and surface uniformity.
  • Wide range - the 56-70 reamer covers several diameters in a single setting, reducing changeovers and calibrations.
  • HSS durability - resistance to tempering extends the sharpening interval with proper cooling.

Dimensional conformity referenced to ISO 286-2 (H7/H8), and shape and position requirements are defined by EN ISO 1101; recommended control of radial runout of strips ≤ 0.02 mm in the working section.

The 56-70 mm NRZe adjustable reamer maintains the diameter within the tolerance field, provides predictable surface texture and allows wear compensation; the design of the NRZe adjustable reamer remains stable throughout the 56-70 mm range.
