Adjustablereamer 19,75-21,5 mm NRZe for finishing cylindrical holes in steel, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys provides diameter and geometry control, designed for reaming H7 holes.
Adjustment range of 19.75-21.5 mm is realized by segmented cutting strips made entirely of high-grade HSS; micrometer radial adjustment with screw lock allows setting the dimension with allowance for cutting clearance; 45-degree entry chamfer stabilizes insertion and reduces burr; back relief of 6-8 degrees; recommended allowance of 0.20-0.35 mm. NRZe's tempered alloy steel body provides rigidity, and fine-pitch expansion screws ensure repeatable adjustment.
