The 46-56 mm NRZe adjustable reamer for finishing cylindrical holes in steel, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys provides precise diameter and geometry control when reaming H7 holes.
The 46-56 mm adjustment range is realized by segmented cutting strips and a body made entirely of high-grade HSS. Radial adjustment with micrometric step and screw lock allows setting the dimension with allowance for cutting clearance. A 45-degree insertion chamfer stabilizes entry and reduces burrs, while a 6-8-degree back relief reduces friction. The recommended allowance for finishing passes is 0.20-0.35 mm. Fine-pitch spreader screws and symmetrical segment spreading facilitate repeatable adjustment and wear compensation during the series.

- Stable geometry - vibration dampening by the multi-cone design improves cylindricity and promotes Ra 0.8-1.6 µm.
- Flexible range - 46-56 reamer covers several diameters in one setting, reducing changeovers and calibration time.
- HSS durability - full HSS design increases edge resistance to tempering, extending the sharpening interval.
Dimensional conformance referenced to ISO 286-2 (H7/H8), and shape and position requirements are defined by EN ISO 1101; control of radial runout of strips recommended ≤ 0.02 mm in the working section.
In series and workshop applications, the configuration of the NRZe adjustable reamer ensures repeatable dimension, uniform surface texture and stable cylindricity in the full 46-56 mm range.
