Adjustablereamer 18.25-19.75 NRZe for finishing fits of diameters 18.25-19.75 mm provides stable cutting bar geometry and dimensional control when reaming H7 holes.
Radial adjustment with micrometric step and screw lock allows dimension setting with allowance for cutting clearance; 45-degree entry chamfer stabilizes insertion and reduces edge burrs. HSS body and slats maintain sharpness at elevated temperatures; back relief 6-8 degrees; recommended allowance 0.20-0.35 mm; emulsion cooling 6-8 percent.

Cutting parameters are selected according to the material, taking into account when reaming H7 holes in steel, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys.
