Countersink with pilot 18x11 for metal
Cylindrical countersink 18x11 HSS, designed for professional processing of previously drilled holes. It is suitable for countersinking holes for flat screw heads, as well as for enlarging holes, leveling unevenness on their surface and otherwise shaping the dimensions of holes. It is a countersink guided in a medium-precision transition hole, for M10, 18x11 thread, NWCa type, according to the dimensional standard DIN 373. It is suitable for machining holes at an angle of 90 degrees. The countersink is equipped with a pilot that centers the countersink in the hole minimizing vibration and the possibility of the blade going off to the side of the hole. The 18x11 cylind rical face countersinks offered in our store are made of special HSS high-speed steel. This is a tool steel with exceptional properties. Its use in the production of countersinks increases their resistance to harsh machining conditions, as well as improving cutting parameters. The blades of the countersinks are resistant to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks), which extends the life of the tools.
