Professional machine tapping M5 torsion blind with short nut (2-3 coil) - has torsion chip grooves. Narex production of general purpose with through shank for threading nuts. Designed for cutting ordinary metric threads with an angle of 60 degrees, type M diameter 5 mm, ISO DIN-13. M5 torsion machine thread cutter made in accordance with the 376/35 standard from a special high speed steel with the addition of 5% cobalt. This type of steel is characterized by increased heat resistance and wear resistance. It is suitable for threading in very hard materials and heavy cutting conditions. It can be used to machine parts made of stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, acid-resistant steel, metal sinters, metal alloys, cast steel, gray and drawn iron. An important feature of the tapping machine is also the ability to achieve high cutting efficiency, which translates into lower machining costs. At the same time, more threads can be made, resulting in better utilization of the workstation. The use of a tapping machine is therefore justified not only technically but also economically.
