The tapping machine has a nut B (3,5 - 5,5)P and can be used to thread various lengths of through-holes and blind holes in materials giving short chips. The tapping tool is manufactured from special cobalt HSSE high-speed steel. The addition of cobalt makes the tapping tool more resistant to harsh cutting conditions, and the risk of damaging the blade during machining is very low. The tapping tool provides guarantees of long-term service. In addition, we should add that its use allows you to significantly increase the efficiency of cutting, which directly affects the reduction of machining time and thus reduce the cost of maintaining the workplace. The M4 through machine tapping tool is designed for threading parts made of stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, cast iron, cast steel, sintered metals and other hard materials. The tool complies with DIN 376.
