Machine tapping M5 for stainless steel Inox
Professional general-purpose tapping machine with a reinforced shank for making ordinary metric threads type M 5, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. The threading machine's nut type R35 - helical chip grooves - for through holes in materials giving medium and long chips. The threader complies with DIN 371 and is made of HSSE high-speed steel with 5% cobalt. Thanks to this composition of the tool steel, the taps are extremely durable and resistant to harsh machining conditions. The blade of the tapping tool is rarely mechanically damaged when cutting hard and hard-to-machine materials (alloy steel, heat-resistant steel, acid-resistant steel, stainless steel, cast steel, drawn and gray cast iron). The advantage of the offered threaders is also the possibility of high productivity. Compared with other threaders of the same class, the offered tools allow machining a larger number of parts at the same time. As a result, the labor intensity and overall cost of cutting are significantly reduced.
