M6 blind machine threader
Wysokiej klasy gwintownik maszynowy M6 skrętny nieprzelotowy o krótki nakroju (2-3 zwój) - posiada rowki wiórowe skrętne z chwytem przelotowym do nacinania gwintów zwykłych metrycznych. Thread type M6, cross section 6 mm, tolerance field ISO2-6H, nut angle 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. Nut type C - for threading through-holes and blind holes in materials giving short chip. Metric machine taps made according to DIN 376/35 - helical chip grooves.
Their characteristic feature is high cutting efficiency, the effects of which translate into a significant reduction in the machining time of a single workpiece. In addition, the machine threaders in question are highly resistant to harsh working conditions, including high temperatures of up to 600 degrees C. Their blades are extremely rarely subject to any mechanical damage: breaking, cracking, breaking out, chipping, chipping and even dulling. Thanks to these features, their service life is significantly extended. M6 torsion machine taps are made of modern HSS high-speed steel, which allows the machining of materials of class P1.2 - P1.3 - metals.
