Machine tapping M10 for stainless steel
Highly specialized M10 machine tapping threader for stainless steel Inox with reinforced shank for making ordinary metric threads type M, diameter 10 mm, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. The threader has a C- (2-3 P) nut and can be used to thread through-holes and blind holes in materials giving short chips. The tapping tool is manufactured from special TN-coated cobalt HSSE high-speed steel. The addition of cobalt gives the tapping tool high strength to withstand harsh cutting conditions, and there is very little risk of damage to the cutting edge during machining. Thanks to all of this and these features, the threader provides guarantees of long-term service. Its use allows you to significantly increase the efficiency of cutting, and thus significantly reduce the time of machining and reduce the cost of maintaining the workplace. It can be used to thread parts made of stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, cast iron, cast steel, sintered metals and other hard materials. The tapping machine complies with DIN 371, helical chip grooves.
