Die M6 for manual and machine threading

Professional M6 x1 HSS threading dies, round, NHMa type, for threads of M6 diameter. Designed for cutting external, metric ordinary threads. This type of die metric threads are made in accordance with the standards of the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. Threads can be cut manually and by machine. Complete notching of the thread takes place already in the first working pass, after less than 2 coils - a 1.75P nut. Offered die have been manufactured from special high-alloy HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a unique tool steel, thanks to which it is possible to significantly increase the speed of machining and also improve the quality of machined surfaces. Thanks to the properties of HSS, our metric die are more resistant to harsh cutting conditions, including high temperatures generated during high-speed threading. In addition, die are resistant to any mechanical damage, including breakage, cracking, chipping, breaking out.

We recommend high-end die round NHMa for professional cutting of M6 metric ordinary threads. Die they are made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. They are suitable both for manual threading - using a special knob, and for machine threading using various types of machine tools. The die we offer are entirely made of special high-alloy HSS - High Speed Steel. This is an exceptional tool steel, thanks to which it is possible to significantly increase the speed of machining and also improve the quality of machined surfaces. The high mechanical properties of the steel result in higher tool strength, which is particularly appreciated by professionals. Thanks to the high properties of HSS high-speed steel, our die metric tools are very hard and durable. Their above-average resistance to harsh working conditions allows cutting even at increased speeds. The blades of the dies are very resistant to harsh cutting conditions and resistant to any mechanical damage. Above all, they are very rarely subject to fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping, breaking off and even dulling. These unique properties not only result in a higher quality of the cut surfaces, but also in shorter cutting times and thus better use of the jobs you have.
Die guarantee continuous operation without fear of rapid wear. The exceptional technical properties of M6 threading dies allow to make M6 metric ordinary threads on workpieces made of materials classified in class P1.2 - P1.3.
