Die M1 for manual and machine threading
Die M1 x0.25 HSS for threading, NHMa, for cutting external M1 metric ordinary threads. Made in accordance with DIN 22568, this type of die metric round threads allows to cut the right thread in just one working pass, after less than 2 coils (1.75 P). The metric die we offer are dedicated to both manual and machine cutting of external threads. They are manufactured entirely from modern HSS (High Speed Steel). Thanks to its properties, die are extremely hard and durable, and their blades are resistant to mechanical damage even when machining very hard and hard-to-machine materials. In addition, the properties of high-speed steel enable high-performance and highly accurate machining. The die in question are designed for machining parts made of materials marked with the symbol P1.2 - P1.3. These are metals, unalloyed steels (carbon), non-ferrous metals, metal alloys.
