Countersink with pilot 8x4.5 for metal
Cylindrical countersink8x4.5 HSS, NWCa, according to DIN 373, designed for professional processing of 8x4.5 holes at an angle of 90 degrees. It is suitable both for enlarging them, countersinking for flat screw heads and also for other shaping of their size and shape. Cylindrical-head countersinks from our offer have a pilot, which minimizes vibrations during machining and also centers the tool in the hole, and thus affects greater precision of machining. They are made entirely of modern HSS high-speed steel, the properties of which influence better cutting effects. Above all, HSS allows high-performance machining with increased speed. Blades of countersinks are very hard, durable and resistant to any mechanical damage caused during machining of P1.2 - P1.3 grade materials (carbon steels, metals, copper, aluminum, bronze, brass). The 8x4.5 cylindrical countersinks are suitable for various types of machine tools, including drills, conventional machine tools, as well as modern computer-controlled numerical control machines.
