Cylindrical countersink11x5 mm, NWCa type, according to DIN 373 guided in the hole for M6 thread, 11x5. The countersinks we offer are designed for professional machining of previously drilled holes at right angles. It can be used for countersinking holes, enlarging and otherwise shaping holes. The countersinks have a cylindrical shank. They are equipped with a pilot, whose task is to center the tool in the hole and minimize the risk of the tool going sideways. In our store we offer you 11x5 cylindrical face countersinks made of special high speed steel HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a specialized tool steel characterized by higher properties. Particularly noteworthy is the increased resistance to very heavy cutting conditions. Countersinks are resistant to high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C), which arise during high-speed machining at high speeds. In addition, the countersink blades are resistant to mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping and others). This extends the service life of the tools and reduces overall machining costs.
