Cylindrical countersink with pilot 15x9 for metal
Cylindrical countersink15x9, according to DIN 373, with cylindrical shank, NWCa type. It is a countersink guided in a medium-precision transition hole for M8, 15x9 threads. Equipped with a pilot, which centers the tool in the hole and affects higher precision machining. Cylindrical countersinks offered in our store are designed for professional machining of very hard and hard-to-machine materials of P1.2 - P1.3. class, including carbon steels, metals, non-alloyed metals, non-ferrous metals and others. The offered 15x9 cylindrical countersinks are manufactured from special high-grade HSS. They show both high hardness and resistance of the blade to high temperatures (up to 600 degrees). High-speed steel also influences a noticeable increase in the resistance of the countersink blades to any mechanical damage, such as fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping and others. The countersinks are suitable for various types of machine tools, both conventional and CNC computer-controlled.
