Cylindrical countersink with pilot 14x9 for metal
High quality 14x9 cylind rical countersink for professional machining of holes at an angle of 90 degrees. This is a NWCa type countersink, with a cylindrical shank for 14x9 holes. It is used for countersinking holes for flat screw heads, as well as for other shaping of hole surfaces and dimensions. Cylindrical-face countersinks of this type are suitable for professional processing of materials of P1.2 class - P1.3. These include unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, thermo- and chemically-cured plastics and metal alloys. The tools we offer are manufactured from modern HSS (High Speed Steel). Thanks to its properties, 14x9 cylindrical countersinks are characterized by improved cutting parameters. They are suitable for high-performance machining at high speed. Even at the resulting high temperature, the countersink blades are resistant to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping). Countersinks are suitable for various types of machine tools (conventional and CNC).
