Cylindrical countersink with pilot 7,2x3,2 for metal
High-quality 7,2x3,2 cylindrical countersink with pilot, with a conical shank, NWCa type. Designed for professional processing of previously drilled holes with dimensions of 7,2x3,2. It is suitable not only for their countersinking, but also for enlarging, smoothing out irregularities (burrs) and otherwise shaping the size and surface of holes. The countersinks we offer are made in accordance with DIN 373 from modern HSS high-speed steel. The properties of the steel affect the possibility of machining very hard and hard-to-machine materials included in class P1.2 - P1.3. These include unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, plastics and others. The 7.2x3.2 pilot cylindrical countersinks made of HSS steel are characterized by increased hardness, durability and resistance to abrasion when exposed to high temperatures - up to 600 degrees C. They allow machining at high speeds, which reduces the cutting time of individual workpieces, thus making better use of the available workstations. Countersinks are suitable for conventional and CNC computer-controlled machine tools.
