Countersink with pilot 7.5x4.5 for metal
Cylindrical countersink7,5 x4,5 HSS, NWCa type, with a cylindrical shank for machining previously drilled holes at an angle of 90 degrees. It is suitable both for classic countersinking of holes for flat screw heads and other shaping of holes on a certain part of their length. Countersinks of this type can also be used to remove irregularities on the surface of holes. The tools offered in our store are made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 373 from modern HSS high-speed steel. Thanks to the high properties of this material, the 7 .5x4.5 cylind rical-face countersinks offered by us are very resistant to high temperatures arising during high-speed machining, as well as to other heavy cutting conditions. This allows for a significant increase in productivity while maintaining high precision machining. The countersinks are very hard, durable and wear-resistant. Their blades are characterized by resistance to any mechanical damage (cracks, chipping, fractures). They are suitable for conventional and computer-controlled numerical machine tools.
