Cylindrical countersink with pilot 9,5x4,2 for metal
Modern 9,5x4, 2 HSS cylindrical countersink, NWCa type, with a cylindrical shank, with a fixed pilot. It is recommended for enlarging or otherwise shaping the dimension of previously drilled holes on a certain part of their length. It guarantees high precision machining of holes. In addition, the pilot centers the tool and at the same time reduces the risk of its going sideways. Cylindrical countersinks in our offer are made in accordance with DIN 373, guided in a precision transition hole. The advantage of countersinks is high resistance to heavy cutting conditions and high resistance to potential mechanical damage. The tools are manufactured with the highest precision from modern HSS (High Speed Steel). Its high technical properties directly affect the possibility of increasing the quality of cutting. The use of HSS affects the possibility of obtaining high machining efficiency and better accuracy. The 9.5x4.2 cylindrical countersinks can be used for machining hard and hard-to-machine materials even at elevated temperatures of up to 600 degrees C, so they can be used for higher speed machining.
