High quality 9,5x5,5 mm HSS cylindrical countersink conforming to DIN 373 dimensional standard, with cylindrical shank, NWCa type. It is designed for countersinking holes for flat screw heads, as well as for other face machining of surfaces around holes of 9,5x5,5. Cylindrical countersinks from our offer are equipped with a pilot, whose task is to perfectly center the countersink in the hole, leveling vibrations and reducing the risk of the countersink going off in the side of the hole. The 9,5x5x5 cylindrical countersinks in question are suitable for various types of machine tools. They can be used for drilling machines, conventional machine tools as well as modern computer numerical control machines - CNC. The tools are made of special HSS high-speed steel. It is a steel with improved properties. It is characterized by greater hardness and wear resistance to high temperatures up to 600 degrees C. As a result, countersinks can be used for high-performance machining at increased speeds. Their blades are resistant to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping). Countersinks designed for machining materials of P1.2 class - P1.3.
