Cylindrical countersink with pilot 7.5x4.3 for metal
Professional 7,5x4,3 HSS cylindrical countersink, NWCa type, according to the dimensional standard DIN 373, made of HSS (High Speed Steel). It is a countersink with a cylindrical shank, with a fixed pilot, guided in a threaded hole of 7.5x4.3. It is designed for high-performance countersinking, enlarging and other shaping of holes on a certain part of their length, as well as for surface treatment around previously made holes. The 7 ,5x4,3 cylindrical count ersink offered in our store is distinguished by its increased resistance to heavy cutting conditions and high resistance to any mechanical damage to the blade. The countersink has a pilot, which eliminates vibrations and the possible risk of the countersink coming off the side of the hole. The cylindrical-face countersinks we offer are suitable for machining parts made of materials of P1.2 class - P1.3. They are suitable for both conventional machine tools and modern CNC machines.
