Cylindrical countersink with pilot 10,5x6,5 for metal
Modern HSS 10x6,5 cylindrical countersink, conforming to DIN 373. Designed for countersinking holes for flat screw heads, 10,5x6,5. It is a countersink equipped with a pilot, whose task is to center the tool in the hole and increase the precision of machining the hole. The pilot also reduces the vibration of the tool during machining and the risk of the countersink going sideways. The NWCa type countersinks we offer are made of modern HSS high-speed steel. This is a material characterized by high resistance to very difficult conditions, including high temperatures - up to 600 degrees. These features make it possible to increase machining speeds and make better use of the workstations at hand. HSS 10.5x6.5 cylindrical countersinks are also very hard and durable. Their blades are resistant to breaking, cracking, chipping and other types of damage. This allows for increased tool life and the possibility of reducing overall machining costs. The countersinks are suitable for various types of machine tools (conventional and CNC).
