Cylindrical countersink with pilot 8x4,3 for metal
Professional 8x4.3 HSS cylindrical pilot countersink in accordance with DIN 373, type NWCa. It has a cylindrical shank and is equipped with a pilot, which centers the tool in the hole, increases machining precision and also minimizes vibration. The cylindrical-face countersinks offered in our store are mainly designed for countersinking and enlarging holes also for face machining of surfaces around holes. The countersinks we offer are made according to the latest technology from special HSS high-speed steel. They are characterized by improved cutting properties and higher strength for very difficult machining conditions. They are tougher than countersinks made from conventional tool steel and at the same time more resistant to abrasion under the influence of high temperatures generated during high-speed machining. They are suitable for machining P1.2 class materials - P1.3. These include unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys.
