Die M2,3 for manual and machine threading
Professional M2,3 x0,45 HSS threading dies, round for cutting metric ordinary - external threads. It is made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568 from modern high-speed steel HSS - High Speed Steel. The thread M2,3 is completely cut in just one pass, after less than two turns - 1,75P. The tolerance class of the made threads is 6g. Offered by us die metric threads are dedicated primarily to large factories and workshops. They are suitable for both manual and machine threading. They are characterized by very high resistance to heavy cutting conditions, and are very hard and durable. They can be used even for high-speed threading, during which high temperatures are generated - up to 600 degrees C. Die are not subject to mechanical damage such as cracking, setting off, breaking out, and even rapid blunting. This increases the quality of threading and, above all, reduces machining costs.
