Die M3 for manual and machine threading
Professional M3 x0,5 HSS threading dies, round NHMa, designed for cutting M3 metric ordinary (external) threads. It is manufactured from special HSS - High Speed Steel. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. Complete thread cutting is carried out already in the first working pass. Offered by us die metric threads are dedicated to both individual customers and large manufacturing plants. They are suitable for manual and machine threading. Thanks to the properties of HSS high-speed steel, die metric ones are highly resistant to very harsh conditions, including high temperatures created during high-speed machining. In addition, die are characterized by increased resistance to cracking, chipping, breakage and other types of mechanical damage. This increases the quality of threading and, above all, extends the period of use of the dies. They are designed for machining hard metals, unalloyed steels, nonferrous metals, plastics.
