It is suitable for cutting threads on parts made of alloy steels, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, cast iron (gray, ductile, malleable). Taps are suitable for machining performed in very difficult cutting conditions, even at temperatures reaching 670 degrees C. They are made of a special high-speed steel with an addition of about 670 degrees C. This is HSSE steel, characterized by very high hardness, durability and also resistance to abrasive wear.
