Drill 12 mm cobalt on Morse taper with flange
Specialized metal drill 12 cobalt drill bit with Morse taper shank for steel. Designed for drilling through-holes and blind holes in very hard and hard-to-machine materials such as alloy steels, stainless steels, heat- and acid-resistant steels, cast steels, gray and ductile iron. The 12 cobalt NWKc metal drill bits we offer are mainly dedicated to large workshops and plants that carry out industrial processing. Twist drills from our offer are made according to the dimensional standard DIN 345 from special HSSE high-speed steel with the addition of cobalt - 5%. The properties of this steel allow high-performance drilling with increased speed. Cobalt increases the strength of the tools to withstand very harsh cutting conditions. They retain high technical performance even when exposed to very high temperatures (up to 670 degrees C). Offered metal drill 12 cobalt NWKc allow precision drilling, and their blades are resistant to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping and even dulling). This makes the tools very durable and can be used for a very long time. They are suitable for various types of conventional and CNC computer-controlled machine tools.
