Drill 14 cobalt with Morse fin

Modern metal drill 14 cobalt drill bit with Morse taper shank for steel, in accordance with DIN 345, twist with Morse taper shank. It is designed for drilling through-holes and blind holes in very hard and hard-to-machine materials. The 14 cobalt metal drill bits offered in our store are made of specialized cobalt HSSE high-speed steel, and the addition of 5% cobalt increases the hardness of the drill bit and its durability against abrasion. The drills have a tip angle of 118 degrees, a cutting edge strength and special grooves to guide holes out of the drilled hole. The drill blades can withstand high temperatures (up to 670 degrees C) generated during high-speed cutting. The ability to increase the cutting capacity means that machining time is significantly reduced. In addition, the blades are resistant to breaking, cracking, chipping and dulling. The tools in question are much more durable than drills made of conventional tool steel, thus recommended for all industrial drilling work in large manufacturing plants. Recommended for drilling machines, lathes, milling machines and CNC numerical control machine tools.
